Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how 1000759779 Ontario Inc., operating as FitBox (低卡工厂) ("FitBox", "we", "us"), delivers your meals. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service and Subscription Terms.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to selected cities and postal areas across the Greater Toronto Area and Vancouver and surrounding regions. Whether we deliver to your address, and any applicable delivery fee, is shown when you enter your address and at checkout, before you confirm and pay. If your address is outside our delivery area, we will not be able to accept the order.

2. Delivery fees

Delivery is charged as a weekly delivery fee based on your delivery area. The fee that applies to your order is always shown at checkout before you confirm payment; the current weekly fees are set out below. Fees and delivery areas may change, and the fee shown at checkout at the time you order is the one that applies.

Vancouver

Delivery is currently free to all serviced Vancouver-area locations, including Vancouver Metro, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Downtown, Langley, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, South Surrey, Surrey, UBC, and surrounding areas.

3. Delivery windows

Deliveries are made within an evening window, generally between 6:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. (local time) on your scheduled delivery day. Exact timing within that window may vary with route, traffic, and weather. We are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time within the window.

4. Order cut-off

Changes that affect an upcoming delivery — including skipping a delivery — must be requested and confirmed by 9:00 p.m. (local time) the night before your scheduled delivery day. After that cut-off, the order is locked and prepared, and changes take effect from the following eligible delivery. See our Subscription Terms for skip, pause, and cancellation details.

5. Receiving your delivery

Please make sure your delivery address and any delivery instructions are accurate and complete, and that someone can receive the delivery or that you have provided a safe place to leave it during the delivery window. You are responsible for the address and instructions you give us. If meals are left in a safe place at your direction, we are not responsible for items after they have been delivered there.

6. Food safety and the cold chain

Your meals are packed in temperature-insulated bags with ice packs to help keep them at a safe temperature during delivery. When your delivery arrives, please refrigerate the meals as soon as possible. For food safety, we recommend eating your meals within 3 days of receiving them, and following the reheating instructions we send you by SMS at the time of delivery. Do not consume meals that have been left unrefrigerated for an extended period.

7. Missed or failed deliveries

Our drivers complete each delivery by leaving your order at your door, taking a photo of the meals at your doorstep, and notifying you by SMS that your order has arrived.

Delivery completed and notified: If we have delivered your order and sent you the arrival SMS, the delivery is complete. If you do not collect your order promptly after that notification and the meals are then lost, taken, or spoiled, this is the customer's responsibility, and we are not able to replace or refund that order.

Delivery not properly completed: If our driver did not deliver your order properly and no arrival SMS was sent, this is our responsibility, and we will re-deliver your order at our cost.

8. Allergens

Each meal is provided with an allergen disclaimer. Please read it before eating. While we take care in preparing meals, we cannot guarantee a meal is free from any specific allergen, and meals may be prepared in a facility that also handles common allergens. If you have a serious allergy, please use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional. See our Terms of Service for more on allergens and health information.

9. Delays and events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road conditions, or other disruptions. Where such an event affects your delivery, we will take reasonable steps to deliver as soon as reasonably practicable or otherwise to provide an appropriate remedy.
